Shipping
The products purchased from e-commerce are shipped by SDA courier and can be made in Italy. The service of taking charge, packaging and shipping of the items will take place from Monday to Friday during the opening hours of the store. In case of purchase during the weekend or during holiday closures, the order will be taken over on the first working day.
Costs
- Shipping is free for orders over €100. The cost for orders under €100 is €10 throughout Italy, including the islands.
- In Europe, the cost is €30 for orders up to €500 and free for orders over €500.
- In countries close to Europe but outside the EU, the cost is €50 for any product.
- In the rest of the world, the cost is €100 for any product.
Timing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation for the newly purchased products:
– Within Italy, products are delivered within 3-4 business days.
– In Europe and the rest of the world, delivery times are 7-10 business days.
Delays in delivery may be due to temporary product unavailability, courier service disruptions, or force majeure. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery attempt
In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful due to the lack of the recipient, a notice will be left and a second attempt will be made the following day. If the goods are not delivered within 14 days, they will be returned to the sender and the buyer will have to place a new order.
Payment methods
The purchase of products can be made by payment by credit card belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer circuits, Klarna and Paypal.
